The Trails of Valley Ranch

The Trails of Valley Ranch is a 216-unit, value-add garden style multifamily community in Irving, Texas. The community is evenly divided between one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartment homes. Boasting a low density layout, each apartment home is a corner unit, which allows for a reduced number of shared walls and maximizes natural light. Built in 1985, each apartment home is in original condition. Our upgrade program will include modern appliances, brushed nickel lighting and plumbing, new counter tops and cabinet faces, and energy efficient water and lighting fixtures to better increase the resident experience. In addition, we have an opportunity to update the pool and fitness center to better serve our residents.
