The Logan

The Logan is a 57-unit, midrise multifamily community located in the trendy Capitol Hill neighborhood in Denver, Colorado, just minutes away from Downtown. Capitol Hill is sought after for its tree lined streets, historic homes and hip retail shops and restaurants. Even though this was built in 2014 and is relatively new, we see we can add-value to the common areas with a complete redesign in order to better compete with newer built properties. We purchased at a significant basis to new product and we feel as Denver grows, so will our rents and appreciation.
