The Fairways at Prestonwood

The Fairways at Prestonwood is a 156-unit, 1991 built property in Dallas, Texas. We closed on this purchase in January of 2021 and we have begun our value-add improvement program. This boutique community features apartment homes which are not brand new, but still provide similar apartment and community amenities compared to newly built properties in the area. This is our 3rd community in Addison, which has desirable retail, expanding job market, affordable rent levels and Fairways represents the low cost alternative housing option. This has been a favorable combination which we target in all our investments. We have begun a number of operational changes to improve the resident experience which have been successful at our 13 surrounding Dallas – Fort Worth communities.
