Spring Creek

Spring Creek is a 72-unit, 1978 built property in Dallas, Texas. We closed on this purchase in May of 2020 and we have begun our value-add improvement program. This boutique community features apartment homes which are very large for the area and attract residents who tend to be more long term. We have begun a number of operational changes to improve the resident experience which have been successful at our other 13 Dallas – Fort Worth communities. Our team anticipates a gradual increase in rents given the current environment, but we are confident in our ability to maintain high occupancy levels.
