Peregrine Place

Peregrine Place Apartments is a 2015-built, 65-unit apartment community located in Denver, Colorado. We closed on this purchase in October of 2021, and will co-manage the property with our nearby asset, The Logan Apartments. The newer built Peregrine Place is located just south of the famed Cherry Creek neighborhood. Peregrine trades at a significant discount to comparable properties in its submarket. The community’s strong location is equidistant between the job centers of downtown Denver to the north and the Denver Tech Center, both boasting 170k+ jobs. There also exists the opportunity for TPG to employ a light value-add package to all 65 apartment homes.
